The property has a wonderful panoramic view on the pretty small village Asciano (Siena) which dominates the landscape and which down town is only 300 meters far.

The property is located about 25 km south-east of Siena in one of the most visited places of Siena’s countryside, characterized by amazing surroundings.

In the immediate neighborhood are the famous Abbey of Monte Oliveto, the beautiful towns Pienza, Montalcino,Siena, Bagno Vignoni, Buonconvento, the Abbey of San Galgano with theBasilica of Montesiepi famous for the “sword in the stone” and 40 km away you will find the Trasimeno lake.

The electrical, gpl heating and hydraulic systems are updated and certificated. The property has been totally restored in 1990 and modernized in 2010. No works needed.
