Casale Pratolino is an historic building with swimming pool and magnificent views over the Chianti countryside. The farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of land and a terraced garden with olive groves and an infinity edge swimming pool from which you can enjoy breathtaking views.
The living area is 360 square meters spread over 3 levels with 2 large reception areas full of light, a study, a typical kitchen, the dining room and a total of 5 bedrooms. There are entrances and exits on three sides of the building to access the garden.

There is also an underground cellar  for the aging of wines and the conservation of oil.
The house has been renovated with great attention to detail and retains many of the traditional architectural details of Tuscan farmhouses. The furniture can be purchased separately.
